How it works
Everyone is unique, and all my sessions are tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client. However, the basic process is similar, whether for coaching or regular mentoring:
1. Schedule your discovery call

We’ll discuss the main areas that you or your child want to work on and ensure I’m the best person to help you. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions.
2. Book your induction session
We’ll discuss your goals and uncover the unhelpful patterns and mindsets that are currently making you feel stuck. You’ll gain a clearer insight into what’s been holding you back and what it is you’re really wanting to work towards.
3. Chart your course
I’ll help you clear the mental clutter and unhelpful scripts that have held you back or kept you on autopilot.
We’ll then map out the next, practical steps you can take, ensuring you can to move forward with a plan you’re genuinely excited about.
